FAQs
Why is the LTB01-G LoRaWAN GPS Tracker not reporting GPS data?
The LTB01-G requires outdoor GPS signal to acquire and report location data. If the reporting interval is too short, such as 60 seconds, the device may not complete GPS acquisition in time. It typically takes about 70 seconds to fix a location, so data may be reported without GPS information. We recommend setting the GPS reporting interval to 120 seconds or longer to ensure reliable location updates.
