MG11 is a compact Bluetooth® LE to Wi-Fi gateway built for indoor IoT deployments that need reliable data capture without new cabling or permanent infrastructure. It scans nearby beacons, asset trackers, and sensors, then forwards relevant data to your server through 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz Wi-Fi 6. A dual-chip architecture separates BLE scanning from WiFi uplink, helping MG11 keep collecting broadcasts while data uploads continue. Plug it into a standard USB power source, configure it, and extend cloud visibility across hospitals, warehouses, offices, retail sites, or temporary venues with minimal installation effort.

MG11 uses a dual-chip architecture with dedicated processors for Wi-Fi and Bluetooth communication. By separating Wi-Fi and BLE workloads, the gateway frees the Bluetooth processor to focus on high-performance scanning while maintaining stable data transmission over Wi-Fi.

Maintain Reliable Connectivity in Crowded 2.4 GHz Environments

MG11 supports dual-band WiFi 6. The 2.4 GHz band provides wider coverage, while 5 GHz moves uploads away from WiFi, BLE, and Zigbee traffic sharing the lower band. This reduces the risk of delayed or interrupted data delivery. If interference prevents an upload or drops the WiFi connection, MG11 switches to the other band so data can continue to the server.

Deploy in Minutes. No Cabling Required.

Plug MG11 into a standard USB source and connect it to WiFi. A new collection point does not require Ethernet at the installation spot. Its compact housing takes little space around the USB source and can be relocated when coverage needs change.

Support Standard, Fast, and Long-Range BLE

MG11 supports LE 1M, LE 2M extended advertising, and 125 kbps LE Coded PHY. It can scan standard beacons and compatible devices that use faster or longer-range radio modes. That gives deployment teams room to balance range, response time, and device compatibility.

Channel Sounding capability is built into MG11’s Bluetooth 6.0 hardware, opening new possibilities for precise ranging and proximity applications.

Send Useful Data, Not Every Packet

MAC filtering and RSSI thresholds can remove irrelevant broadcasts before they become cloud traffic. For large beacon fleets, that means less bandwidth spent on irrelevant BLE traffic, fewer records for the server to process, and a cleaner data stream for asset tracking, occupancy, and sensor monitoring applications.

Forward

Selected data is sent over 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz Wi-Fi to your server or IoT platform. Your platform can then update asset locations, occupancy counts, and sensor status, or trigger alerts.

Filter

MAC address and RSSI rules remove irrelevant data before it leaves the gateway, reducing WiFi traffic and the number of records your server has to process.

Capture

MG11 listens for Bluetooth advertising data from nearby asset tags, beacons, and sensors.
