Helmet Removal Detection
Detects when the helmet remains removed for 5–10 seconds and issues a voice alert, helping ensure safety helmets remain properly worn during operation.

Traditional safety helmets protect workers from physical hazards.
But they cannot tell you where workers are, whether they need help, or what happened during an emergency.
LSH01 adds connected intelligence to everyday head protection, helping organizations improve worker safety.

Personnel may move between open work areas, indoor facilities, tunnels, and underground zones during the same shift. LSH01 uses GNSS for outdoor positioning and Bluetooth for indoor positioning, automatically switching as the environment changes. Real-time locations and movement history can be viewed through the management platform, helping safety teams coordinate personnel, review patrol routes, and locate workers more quickly when incidents occur.
Five built-in sensors—including a 6-axis gyroscope, barometer, light sensor, proximity voltage sensor, and temperature sensor—enable comprehensive risk and status monitoring, helping detect helmet removal, inactivity, falls, proximity voltage, and high temperatures to enhance worker safety across demanding work environments.

Detects when the helmet remains removed for 5–10 seconds and issues a voice alert, helping ensure safety helmets remain properly worn during operation.

Identifies when personnel remain motionless for 5–10 minutes, supporting earlier safety checks in isolated, confined, or high-risk areas.

Detects potential fall events and triggers an alarm, helping safety teams identify personnel who may require immediate assistance.

Supports five voltage levels—220 V, 10 kV, 35 kV, 110 kV, and 220 kV—to warn personnel during electrical inspection and maintenance.

Issues an alert when the temperature inside the helmet exceeds the preset threshold, supporting earlier action in high-temperature work environments.

LSH01 combines immediate on-device risk alerts with platform-based location and event monitoring, supporting timely on-site awareness and centralized review of reported safety information.
Provides an immediate voice warning when helmet removal, prolonged inactivity, a potential fall, proximity voltage, or high temperature is detected, helping personnel recognize and respond to the detected risk.
Geofences are configured on the management platform. Using location data reported by LSH01, the platform identifies when personnel enter a danger zone or move outside an assigned work area and generates the corresponding geofence alert. Location history and safety event records are also available for review and follow-up analysis.

Built for moments when every second counts, LSH01 gives personnel a direct and dependable way to request assistance during unexpected incidents. A dedicated SOS button allows workers to quickly send an emergency alert to the connected system when assistance is needed.
LSH01 collects location data, personnel status, and safety alerts across indoor and outdoor environments. The data is transmitted to a LoRaWAN gateway and then uploaded to the management platform, enabling personnel monitoring, safety management, and faster incident response.

With approximately 14 days of battery life under laboratory conditions, LSH01 supports extended worksite operation between charges.
Two 1,500 mAh rechargeable batteries provide dependable power for daily operation.
Supports convenient wired charging for routine power replenishment.
V1 (Solar‑Assisted) & V2 (Standard). Both versions are identical in all specifications except V1 includes an integrated 0.4 W solar panel for auxiliary charging.

With an IP65 protection rating, LSH01 provides reliable resistance against dust and routine water exposure, supporting stable operation across dusty, humid, and demanding work environments.
