New Products Unlock Smarter IoT Applications
Minew debuted some strategic new products at IOTE 2025, attracting strong interest from visitors around the world.
- MTB11 Ambient Light Harvesting BLE Tag: Developed in collaboration with Epishine, e-peas, and InPlay Inc, the MTB11 is the first mass-produced Bluetooth® tag powered entirely by indoor ambient light. Designed for asset tracking, it runs without batteries, making it a sustainable, maintenance-free solution for large-scale deployments
.
- MTB04 5G Shipping Label: Built for global logistics, the MTB04 combines GPS and 5G-ready cellular connectivity for real-time outdoor tracking. With a thin, durable, and eco-friendly design, it monitors location and shipment conditions for up to 360 days—perfect for high-value or sensitive goods.
- MSE01 & MSE02 Equipment Status Monitoring Sensors: These sensors detect whether machines are off, on standby, or running—just by being attached externally. No wiring, no interference. With built-in accelerometers and smart alerts, they help businesses track equipment status in real time and respond quickly to changes, all while optimizing energy use.
Minew also presented a new integrated positioning solution that combines Bluetooth’s indoor accuracy with LoRaWAN®’s long-range capabilities. This hybrid approach solves the long-standing issue of Bluetooth’s limited outdoor coverage. A standout example is the LWC01 LoRaWAN® Personnel Badge, built on the standard LoRaWAN® protocol and compatible with Bluetooth beacon technology. It can transmit location data over 2 km and report to cloud platforms at set intervals, making it ideal for school attendance, construction site safety, and city sanitation patrols.
