The Vietnam production base is set to expand by 25,000 square meters in 2025 to increase capacity, constantly integrating main equipment, dust control stations, and packaging systems into a seamless operation. The facility uses an MES (Manufacturing Execution System) production management system, syncing data in real time with Chinese factories to enable fully digital, intelligent, and transparent oversight—from raw material intake to finished product shipments.

Automated Production: 11 production lines and 186 injection molding machines, each fitted with robotic arms and auxiliary equipment for efficient operation.
Testing: UN 200+ square meter ORT lab. Equipped with constant temperature/humidity chambers, multi-functional abrasion testers, and universal material testing machines for precision quality checks.
Mature Logistique Réseau: Three flexible shipping options—sea freight, land transport, and expedited delivery—covering timelines from 24 hours to 10 jours.
