Anchor Repeater

An Anchor Repeater is a dedicated relay device that captures and forwards Bluetooth® tag transmissions based on predefined filtering rules. It continuously monitors for specific tag IDs and relays only the relevant signals to the gateway for cloud-based location analysis.

Scanning: Continuously scan the surrounding area for Bluetooth tag broadcasts.
Filtering: Apply filtering criteria—such as tag ID list and dynamic RSSI thresholds—to isolate only the desired tag signals.
Broadcast: Relay the filtered tag data to one or more gateways via BLE or Wi‑Fi.
Cloud Analysis: Gateways forward the data to the cloud platform, where multilateration or threshold logic determines the tag’s real‑time position.

Existence Detection

This method uses fixed beacons in each room, with each beacon’s MAC address paired with an RSSI threshold to determine occupancy.

  • Movement: A person entering Room A has their smart tag capture signals from the room’s beacons.

High-Precision Positioning

Evenly deployed Bluetooth beacons enable accurate indoor tracking of personnel and assets. Personnel repeater tags continuously scan for real-time positioning, while asset tags conserve power through movement-triggered or periodic scans. Captured beacon signals are relayed to the cloud, where multilateration precisely determines locations.
