Free SlM Card Traffic for Testing: The gateway comes with 30 MB of data for customer use upon factory delivery. As long as any of the following conditions are met, the Data Plan of 100 MB per month will become effective.

Why does the MG5 gateway in the MQTT LTE Device Config-Tool often appear greyed out (unavailable)?
Please first ensure the MQTT LTE Device Config-Tool is configured to the correct server, subscribed to the necessary topics, and has the correct device list. The tool must obtain the gateway's report data from the server to determine its online status. After configuration, wait for the gateway to report once, then retrieve and configure its settings. Speed up this process by restarting the gateway, adjusting the reporting interval, or setting triggers for immediate gateway reporting.What network server protocol does the MG5 gateway support?
The MG5 gateway currently supports the MQTT network server protocol and is not yet compatible with the HTTP protocol.How does MG5 achieve offline data storage?
The MG5 has built-in information sources like GNSS positioning, তাপমাত্রা, and battery level, all stored internally. If the network is disconnected or it's not time to upload, BLE scan results are also stored. The storage can hold approximately 50,000 entries; once full, the oldest data is discarded to make room for new data.
