This is caused by insufficient power supply. We recommend using one USB hub to power only one MG3 or MG4 device.Does the MG3 gateway support communication via SOCKS proxy?
The MG3 does not support SOCKS proxy communication.Can the MG3 gateway connect to the customer’s Wi-Fi network if port 123 is restricted? Does the local NTP server IP need to be set in advance, or can it be configured manually through the SmartConfig App?
Restricting port 123 does not affect Wi-Fi connectivity, but it does impact time synchronization and certificate validation. By default, our recommended setting is 100ms. Based on BLE broadcasting principles, our beacons are designed to broadcast across multiple channels in a time-shared manner by default to improve interference resistance.
