  • What is the maximum supported SD card capacity for the MG6 gateway?

    It is recommended to use SD cards no larger than 32GB. Cards above this size may have stability issues over the SPI interface, leading to detection failures or frequent I/O errors.

  • Does the MG6 gateway send acknowledgment packets to confirm connection and data transmission?

    It depends on the communication protocol: ایم کیو ٹی ٹی: Acknowledgments are handled by the MQTT protocol itself, based on the selected QoS level.     HTTP is a client-initiated protocol where the server passively responds to requests. By default, it does not support server-initiated command "push" to the client. For scenarios requiring the server to actively send commands to the gateway or client, we recommend using the MQTT protocol.
