LLCC68 – MS21SF1
Semtech LLCC68 Cost-effective Low Power LoRa Transceiver Module
The MS21SF1 module utilizes Semtech’s LoRa wireless half-duplex transceiver chip LLCC68, supporting global ISM frequencies. It is a low-power, long-range, and user-friendly LoRa® transceiver module with a compact SPI interface. In receive mode, it consumes only 4.7mA of current. It achieves a transmission power of up to +22dBm through an integrated efficient power amplifier, with a higher receiver sensitivity as low as -128dBm. It meets the physical layer requirements of the LoRaWAN® standard specification and also supports LoRa® point-to-point (P2P) communication. It enables customers to quickly establish private long-range LoRa® networks.
The MS21SF1 module is suitable for various application scenarios that require long-range data collection and low power consumption.
